Elevate Ventures Presents DIVE LEADERSHIP, a five-day SCUBA / Leadership Adventure for men.
March 6-11, 2016. Marathon, Florida (Florida Keys).

Come hang with myself and the Elevate Ventures team as we SCUBA dive AND learn how to become better spiritual men.
The DIVE Leadership Venture is broken down into two phases:
1. Spiritual Leadership Training. Each evening I will host a session exploring Spiritual Leadership. Together we will explore four spiritual dimensions of leadership: Discipline, Integrity, Valor, and Excellence (DIVE). Prior to the trip I will assign reading to all participants. (Those who refuse to read the material will receive extra weights and empty tanks at the start of each dive.)
2. SCUBA Diving. Each day we will dive from a private boat with a private captain. He will put us on the best reefs possible given the daily weather conditions. We will be accompanied by a certified SCUBA instructor ensuring maximum safety.
Note: This trip is open to certified divers and those wishing to become certified. If you desire certification, email me and I can send you more details.
Cost: $1500 per participant. This includes lodging at the Venture House (on the water in Marathon, Fl), all meals onsite, private dive boat with Captain, basic SCUBA gear rental (if needed), tanks, weights, four spiritual leadership sessions.
Participants are responsible for the following:
- Transportation to and from Marathon Florida. We suggest flying into Ft Lauderdale or Miami and renting a car. Plan on arriving sometime on Sunday, March 6 and departing sometime Friday, March 11. Once booking is full, you can coordinate carpooling if you like.
- SCUBA mask and snorkle.
