I will boast about a man like that, but I will not boast about myself, except about my weaknesses. – 2 Cor 12:5
Paul says that he will boast about a man that has had a vision of God but will only boast of himself in weakness. Why?
When we tell of our weakness, it shows God. It shows that we are human and imperfect. The focus and glory is not on ourselves, but on God and what he has done. Could it be that I am stealing glory from God when I boast about myself?
God, may my boasting be that I am very little and you are very much.
